About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls International. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contract administration processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies.
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed.
  • Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers.
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution.
  • Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients.
  • Run calculations for customer offers, utilizing MS Excel to analyze data.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, utilizing MS Office suite.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion, with a team player mentality.
  • Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Finance or Legal.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, with previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal related work.
