Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls International. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing and processing orders, reviewing and managing contracts data, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process orders, including reviewing and verifying order details, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, including creating billing invoices and credit notes.
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, and request guarantees for placed orders.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, and be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, and support and manage dispute resolution.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, and communicate proactively with clients.
- Run calculations for customer offers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, and excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines, and a positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion, and a team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
- Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Finance or Legal.
- Preferred: Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal related work.
