**Job Summary**

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing and processing orders, reviewing and managing contracts data, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and process orders, including reviewing and verifying order details, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications, including creating billing invoices and credit notes.
  • Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, and request guarantees for placed orders.
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in Dutch and English, and be the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers.
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, and support and manage dispute resolution.
  • Maintain the master data of our customers, and communicate proactively with clients.
  • Run calculations for customer offers, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Effective time management, in order to meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel.
