International Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Contract Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contract administration processes.
As a French language speaker, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers and stakeholders in French, as well as English. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively manage and process orders, review and manage contracts data, and create billing invoices and credit notes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as required
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, being the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution
- Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients
- Run calculations for customer offers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, with a positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with effective time management to meet deadlines
- Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Finance or Legal
- Preferred experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work
