**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Finance Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play an active role in ensuring that our customers receive first-class service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies
• Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes
• Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
• Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers
• Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting dispute resolution and maintaining master data of our customers
**Requirements**
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Finance-related subjects
• Fluency in English and French
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
• Effective time management, meeting deadlines
• Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
• Team player who enjoys working in a team environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
• High proficiency with MS Excel
• Previous work experience or internship experience in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts
**Relocating to Bratislava**
