Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to pursue a career in finance and gain international work experience. As a Finance Graduate with French language skills, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a first-class service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, maintaining accurate records.
- Create billing invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, providing excellent customer service.
- Act as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers, resolving issues promptly.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support and manage dispute resolution, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing timely and effective solutions.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- A positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability.
- A team player, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
- High proficiency with MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Previous work experience or internship experience in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts.
