We are looking for a French speaking finance graduate to play an active role in ensuring our customers receive a first-class service experience. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders, reviewing and managing contracts data, and creating billing invoices and credit notes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies
- Create billing invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, providing excellent customer service
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Support and manage dispute resolution, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Maintain the master data of our customers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing timely and effective solutions
**Requirements**
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Finance-related subjects
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, ensuring excellent customer service
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
- Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently, with a strong team player mentality
**Preferred Qualifications**
- High proficiency with MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Previous work experience or internship experience in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts
