Financial Services Coordinator with French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process orders, contracts, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service and support
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, with experience in financial software and systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
