International Finance Graduate with French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate with French language skills to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, maintaining accurate records.
- Create billing invoices and credit notes, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
- Support project managers with order-related matters, providing expert guidance and assistance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, in French and English.
- Act as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support and manage dispute resolution, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or finance-related subjects.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- A positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong team player mentality.
