Financial Services Coordinator with French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including order management, contract administration, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial services to our customers.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to contractual queries and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales and project management teams, to ensure seamless coordination of financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- High proficiency with MS Excel.
- Previous work experience or internship experience in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts.
