We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service
  • Support project managers with order-related matters, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, with experience in contract administration and order management a plus
