International Finance Graduate with French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Finance Graduate with French language skills to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or finance-related subjects.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, with excellent proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service.
