Billing and Order Entry Specialist with French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing and Order Entry Graduate with French language skills to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system to ensure compliance with company policies
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers in French and English
- Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool
- Support and manage dispute resolution
- Maintain the master data of our customers
- Communicate proactively with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
- Team player with a willingness to work in a team environment
- High proficiency with MS Excel
- Previous work experience or internship experience in finance, administration, order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billings, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts
