**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator with French language skills to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, monitoring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed.
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients.
- Run calculations for customer offers, utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, demonstrating excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- A positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service, working independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Finance or Legal.
- Preferred: Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work.
