International Finance Graduate With French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Finance Graduate with French language skills to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to pursue a career in finance and gain international work experience. As a Finance Graduate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process orders
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system and monitor compliance with company policies
- Process data for new orders and order modifications
- Create billing invoices and credit notes
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English
- Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool
- Support and manage dispute resolution
- Maintain the master data of our customers
- Communicate proactively with clients
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or finance-related subjects
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
- Effective time management, in order to meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
- A team player who enjoys working in a team environment
- High proficiency with MS Excel
- Any previous work or internship experience in finance, administration, order to cash, quote to cash, customer services, contract administration, legal administration, billing, disputes, collections, or working with customer contracts
