International Finance Graduate With French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Finance Graduate to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a French speaker with excellent communication skills, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive first-class service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process orders, reviewing and managing contracts data in our ERP system to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes, and completing commercial correspondence.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution, and maintaining the master data of our customers.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, with excellent proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Effective time management, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
