**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
• Review and manage contracts data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as required
• Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders
• Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
• Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers
• Check contracts and approvals in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, supporting dispute resolution and maintaining customer master data
• Communicate proactively with clients, running calculations for customer offers
**Requirements**
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, with excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
• Effective time management, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion, with a team player mentality
• Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within finance or legal
• Preferred: Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work
