Service Delivery Manager - Global Operations

At Johnson Controls International, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager - Global Operations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative security solutions to our retail customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of service operations for our Sensormatic solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance across global retail customers.
  • Monitor and supervise customer support activities, guaranteeing exceptional service standards and efficient issue resolution.
  • Review daily service case updates for assigned customers, ensuring proper assignment and scheduling.
  • Develop and track SLA performance and KPIs for service operations, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customer-facing reports on service performance for quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to maintain high service quality standards.
  • Provide escalation support for service-related issues, working with partners to resolve complex incidents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale service environments, with a focus on global service delivery.
  • Proven track record of building and executing on global service delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerBI, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
