Gaming Sales Director Spain

Rtb House is seeking a highly skilled Gaming Sales Director to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new sales opportunities into clients, developing strategies to acquire new partnerships, and delivering high-quality customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and convert new sales opportunities into clients in EMEA
- Develop strategies to acquire new partnerships and generate revenue through the sales cycle
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers of top gaming publishers
- Deliver high-quality customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts to internal stakeholders and report on progress status, budget, and goals realization
- Attend and leverage key industry events and conferences across the region
- Develop professional technical knowledge through international training sessions
- Partner with RTB House technical, account management, creatives, and other relevant teams
- Devise strategies and suggest solutions to complex problems coming from clients
- Extensive successful B2B sales experience, ideally in mobile gaming growth advertising industry
- High EQ level, maturity, and ability to build lasting relationships with C-suites and marketing budget owners
- Broad business contacts network within top gaming studios across the region
- Ability to cooperate and communicate smoothly with various internal and external stakeholders
