Sales Director

As a Sales Director in Spain, you will be part of the country leadership team, driving sales performance for IWG. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenues by increasing conversion of sales leads and driving sales growth across multiple brands.
You will oversee the development and execution of the country sales plan, understanding customer needs to advise on appropriate solutions and products. You will also spend time with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and look for opportunities to sell additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Senior B2B solution/service sales and business development background
- Tangible track record of driving top-line sales growth
- Pro-active approach to networking within business communities to generate new leads
- Ability to motivate and drive sales teams
