About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Iberia, supporting our Global Operations area. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading our HR endeavors, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving growth and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia, focusing on the Global Operations area
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring success at TheFork
  • Implement Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategies collaboratively within the HR community
  • Contribute to optimizing HR processes, policies, and initiatives proactively
  • Act as an ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture, partnering with business units to drive engagement
  • Support leaders in fostering ED&I, addressing bias, and managing operational employee issues
  • Deliver various annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, and Engagement
  • Utilize HR data to identify trends and provide insights
  • Lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working policy
Requirements
  • Over 7 years of experience in partnering with leaders in a dynamic environment
  • Strong HR foundation, consultative approach, and curiosity for understanding business objectives
  • Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach
  • Ability to handle complex situations and provide HR guidance to diverse stakeholders
  • Facilitative approach to serve as an HR role model effectively
  • Metrics-oriented with analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality (a plus)
  • Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor law (strong plus)
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
