Position Overview

The Implementation team at TravelPerk is dedicated to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new clients. We are currently seeking a German-speaking Implementation Specialist who will be tasked with successfully executing and launching implementations within your designated portfolio. As an Implementation Specialist, you will assess the unique needs and circumstances of each client to propose a tailored implementation strategy. Your success will be evaluated based on the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among the users of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to effectively onboard new clients.
  • Initiate, plan, execute, control, and finalize implementation projects, including the development of requirements documentation and client-facing communications.
  • Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations during the implementation phase.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve account ramp-up objectives.
  • Ensure accounts are organized, scheduled, and prioritized according to both client and business requirements.
  • Communicate complex technical information in an easily understandable manner for all audiences.
  • Ensure that project team members are well-informed about timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering projects in an international context.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in implementing products for diverse clients.
  • Background in the travel agency sector or training is advantageous.
  • Organized and structured approach to work with strong analytical and recommendation delivery skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  • Able to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels and adapt communication styles accordingly.
  • Motivated by challenges with a personal drive to effect positive change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Project Management.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS implementation role.
