About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Account Director to join our team at Zenith. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for leading and managing digital projects from start to finish, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of digital professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients and grow existing relationships.
  5. Financial Management: Manage project finances, ensuring that budgets are accurately forecasted and managed, and that financial reports are provided to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Experience: A minimum of x years of experience in digital account management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and growing client relationships.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing services, including content marketing, web development, social media, email marketing, and other relevant areas.
  3. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of digital professionals.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  5. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client business needs and goals, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  1. English Language Skills: A good level of English (C1 or more) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  2. International Experience: Experience of working with international clients is highly desirable.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective digital strategies that meet client business needs and goals.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
