**Responsabilidades**

  • Desarrollar sólidas relaciones con los clientes a través de contactos regulares y proactivos.
  • Proporcionar dirección y mantener el impulso en diferentes proyectos, manteniendo a los clientes informados del rumbo de la cuenta.
  • Determinar la mejor forma de satisfacer las necesidades del cliente con la consulta del equipo más amplio cuando sea necesario.
  • Fomentar el desarrollo de trabajos de alta calidad en el equipo creativo en línea con la dirección estratégica requerida.
  • Presentar trabajos y propuestas de la agencia a los clientes y apoyar a otros miembros del equipo y colegas de la agencia.
  • Asistir a reuniones de estado de cuenta y revisar informes de estado y contacto.
  • Administrar y asumir la responsabilidad de los ingresos de las campañas.

**Requisitos**

  • Experiencia como Director de Cuentas o Gerente de Cuentas con al menos x años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos digitales (obligatorio).
  • Conocimientos técnicos actualizados de todo el rango de servicios de marketing digital, incluyendo marketing de contenido, desarrollo web, marketing de redes sociales, marketing por correo electrónico, etc.
  • Experiencia previa con programas de engagement B2B.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de finanzas en múltiples proyectos.
  • Liderazgo natural con habilidades de gestión y delegación efectivas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal efectivas.
  • Proactivo y organizado, con atención particular a los detalles.
  • Habilidades de influencia y negociación excelentes.
  • Confianza y motivación propias.
  • Maturidad en la relación y la interacción con personas de todos los niveles.
