Job Title: Digital Account Director

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Account Director to join our team at Zenith. As a key member of our account leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage assigned projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and meet client objectives.
  • Manage client finances and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum x years of experience in digital account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing services, including content marketing, web development, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
