Job Description
We are seeking a driven Digital Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing solid business relationships with clients through regular and proactive contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned projects and campaigns, keeping clients informed of account direction and maintaining forward momentum on different projects.
- Determine how best the client's brief can be met with consultation of the wider team as required.
- Encourage creative colleagues to develop best-in-class work in line with required strategic direction.
- Effectively present agency work/proposals to clients and support other team members and agency colleagues.
- Attend regular client status meetings and review both status and contact reports.
- Actively manage and take responsibility for campaign finances.
Requirements
- Experience as an Account Director or a Senior Account Manager with at least x years agency experience in managing digital projects (mandatory).
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including content marketing, web development, social media, email marketing etc.
- Previous experience with B2B engagement programs.
- Experience of managing financials across multiple projects.
- Natural leader with effective management and delegation skills.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Pro-active and organized, with particular attention to detail.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Confident and self-motivated.
- Maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
