Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Core Laboratories L.P. in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
