Business Development Manager

**About the Role**
Amazon Spain Services, S.L. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join its Third-Party Marketplace support team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, business evaluation, and supporting the launch of new sellers on the Amazon platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and recruit high-potential sellers to Amazon through effective lead generation and business evaluation.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Provide data-driven insights and advice to new sellers to optimize their success on the Amazon platform.
- Work closely with new sellers to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Enable sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory, and performance.
- Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret reports and information for your portfolio of sellers.
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a results-oriented environment.
**Requirements:**
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, Chinese/Mandarin, and Spanish (additional language is a plus).
- Strong direct sales and objection-handling skills with a proven track record of performance.
- Action and results-driven mindset, working autonomously and taking responsibility for achieving quarterly targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Analytical skills with the ability to apply Excel skills effectively.
- Experience with data analytics, either in a professional or academic capacity.
- Experience in Internet, e-commerce, and retail companies is preferable.
- Supply chain management, operations, and process improvement knowledge.
