About the Role

Amazon Spain Services, S.L. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join its Third-Party Marketplace support team in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit high-potential business partners to expand Amazon's presence in the market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Provide data-driven insights and advice to business partners to optimize their success on the Amazon Platform.
  • Work closely with business partners to educate them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
  • Enable business partners to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory, and performance.
  • Analyze data and interpret reports to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Prioritize tasks to achieve targets in a results-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • 6 months to 2 years of related experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese/Mandarin, and Spanish (additional language is a plus).
  • Strong direct sales and objection-handling skills with a proven track record of performance.
  • Action and results-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for achieving quarterly targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to apply Excel skills effectively.
