About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to support market research and business opportunities in the Central & East European Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting them, and preparing quotations based on our products. You will also follow up on awarded projects and engage with other departments to ensure quality and client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop solutions based on our products to meet customer needs.
  2. Prepare quotations and technical documentation for customers.
  3. Conduct market research and visit potential customers to identify business opportunities.
  4. Provide technical support to partners and customers.
  5. Support the follow-up of awarded projects and ensure timely delivery.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to guarantee quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in the Electric Energy Industry, especially in Medium Voltage.
  • Project management experience with direct client interaction.
  • Desirable skills include experience with SAP and proficiency in German language.
  • Proactive attitude, customer-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
