Key Responsibilities
- Coach your team to maximize their efficiency by utilizing digital tools and means to carry out their day-to-day job, prioritize tasks, and focus on key activities.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the business and customer ecosystem in your region to ensure we maintain a strong market presence.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and report back to the team to inform our plans.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by closely following customer evolution and leveraging satisfaction survey results.
- Support your team in making informed pricing and commercial strategy decisions, aligned with our company's Commercial Policy and strategy.
- Ensure that sales teams act as a bridge between Sales Force and Product, Solutions & Services activities to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
