With two primary divisions: Skretting, a global leader in aquafeed solutions, and Trouw Nutrition, which focuses on advancing livestock health and productivity through innovative animal nutrition solutions.

We are looking for an HR Service Partner who will play a crucial role in providing support and addressing HR inquiries from employees and managers across various divisions and countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.

Role Overview: HR Service Partner

Key Responsibilities:

You will assist our employees and managers located in different countries by guiding them through our systems, addressing inquiries related to compensation, benefits, leave, and global HR processes, such as performance evaluations and merit & bonus cycles. Our operations are increasingly digitalized (varying by country), meaning that questions are submitted through a ticketing system, and changes like job transitions or address updates are processed by managers or employees within the system. You will review these modifications and, when necessary, implement them to ensure that benefits are adjusted accordingly.

The scope of your responsibilities is diverse, requiring you to maintain an overview of ongoing matters, understand the potential implications of changes, and prioritize inquiries effectively. Alongside your daily tasks, we are committed to enhancing our processes and workflows. Your insights on harmonizing, digitalizing, and streamlining operations will be highly valued and may lead to participation in improvement initiatives.

Collaboration with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues is essential to deliver optimal HR services to our employees and managers. You will be an integral part of the enthusiastic HR Shared Services team, reporting to the Team Lead HR Shared Service Centre.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources;

· Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German; additional languages are advantageous;

· Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel;

· Experience with Workday and other HR systems is a plus;

· Strong customer orientation and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
