Our operations are divided into two key sectors: Skretting, a premier global provider of advanced aquafeed solutions, and Trouw Nutrition, which focuses on enhancing livestock health and productivity through state-of-the-art nutritional solutions.

We are looking for an HR Operations Partner to assist and address HR inquiries from employees and managers across various divisions and countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.

Role Overview: HR Operations Partner

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide support to our employees and managers located in different countries by guiding them through our systems and addressing their queries regarding compensation, benefits, leave policies, and global HR processes such as performance reviews and bonus cycles. Our operations are increasingly digitalized (varying by country), meaning inquiries are submitted through a ticketing system, and changes like job transitions or address updates are managed within the system by managers or employees. You will review these modifications and, when necessary, process them to ensure that benefits are accurately adjusted.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, requiring you to maintain an overview of ongoing matters, understand the implications of changes, and prioritize questions effectively. In addition to daily tasks, we are committed to enhancing our processes and operational methods. By harmonizing, digitalizing, and streamlining our services for our 'customers' and ourselves, your suggestions for improvement will be highly valued and may lead to involvement in enhancement initiatives.

Collaboration with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues is essential to deliver optimal HR services for our employees and managers. You will be part of a dynamic HR Shared Services team and report to the Team Lead of the HR Shared Service Centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources;

·Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German; additional languages are advantageous;

·Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel;

·Experience with Workday and other HR systems is considered beneficial;

·Strong customer orientation coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.
