About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As a key member of our Operations department in Iberia, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategy into HR strategy and priorities, working closely with management and HR services organization.
  • Drive performance and people development across all teams, focusing on capabilities and engagement.
  • Respond to changing business conditions, challenges, and needs, and drive organizational effectiveness through management of change initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of higher-level HR strategy and policies, participating in global meetings and expert panels.
  • Initiate and implement HR programs and processes to bring the business organization to higher professional standards.
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives on a country level.
  • Champion global HR processes and programs from talent acquisition to employee onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relationship, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Master's in HR or MBA.
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience as HR Business Partner managing talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Previous experience working in multinational environments.
  • Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English, with Portuguese as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, collaborative and analytical.
