We are looking for a seasoned HR Operations Partner to collaborate closely with senior leadership in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the overarching business goals within the Operations division in Iberia.
About The Role: HR Operations Partner
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Operations Partner is accountable for implementing the business strategy as a strategic ally and advisor to management, translating business objectives into HR strategies and priorities. This role involves close collaboration with management, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the HR services organization; Demonstrates a strong emphasis on performance enhancement and talent development across all teams within the designated area, driving improvements in capabilities and engagement; Adapts to evolving business conditions, challenges, and requirements. Additionally, fosters organizational effectiveness through the management of change initiatives in personnel areas; Contributes to the formulation of higher-level HR strategies and policies by actively participating in global meetings and potentially joining expert panels or global HR project teams; Proactively initiates and executes HR programs and processes in alignment with established HR strategies to elevate the business organization to higher professional standards and to enhance HR, people management, and leadership within the unit; Takes responsibility for projects and initiatives at the country level; Champions the cycle of (Global) HR processes and programs from talent acquisition to employee onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding (including performance management and compensation & benefits) to support the growth and development of personnel in the respective units.Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree in HR or an MBA; A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity; Proven experience as an HR Operations Partner managing talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement; Previous experience in multinational environments; Proficiency in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage; Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and analytical mindset.Why You Will Appreciate Working with Us
