Customer Demand Manager for IT Applications

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Demand Manager to join our team at Siemens, S. A. as part of our Global Business Services (GBS) Hire-to-retire (H2R) Digital People Solutions (DPS) Applications portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and Collaborate with DPS service managers and project managers, as well as other Siemens departments, to ensure seamless delivery of services to Siemens Energy.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships with key stakeholders on Siemens Energy's HR side, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  3. Develop and Implement quarterly service reviews with Siemens Energy, identifying areas for improvement and proposing major service enhancements.
  4. Manage Service Catalogue updates, ensuring that services are aligned with Siemens Energy's requirements and that architectural impact is considered.
  5. Provide Support to Siemens Energy HR in countries that have been transformed into the HRCloud target application landscape, including Workday and outsourced payroll.
  6. Align on Ramp-Down of existing services, including dependencies and cost implications.
  7. Ensure Up-to-Date Service Documentation, including service descriptions, dependencies, and other relevant information.
  8. Regularly Align with Siemens Energy on a 12-24 months roadmap of Siemens-driven initiatives and projects with potential impact on Siemens Energy architecture.
  9. Identify Conflicts in the roadmap due to interdependencies or capacity constraints on Siemens side.
  10. Establish Quarterly Reporting on project progress for Siemens-driven initiatives.
  11. Point of Contact for Siemens Energy-driven contractual change requests related to the Digital People Solutions portfolio of services and projects.
  12. Update Service Catalogue in alignment with Siemens Energy, including new services, services ramped down, and other changes.
  13. Coordinate Yearly Price Adjustments based on contractually agreed business volume indicators.
Requirements
  1. University Degree in engineering or business administration or other bachelor's degree or other suitable education.
  2. Proven Experience in demand management, portfolio coordination, or related roles, ideally in a multinational and complex organizational environment.
  3. Ability to Dig Out Customer Needs and desires, digitalization fundamentals, and customer focus.
  4. Experience in IT Processes and Tools.
  5. Strong Project Management Skills and experience with project management tools.
  6. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities.
  8. Experience in Contract Management and Financial Analysis is preferred.
  9. Teamwork and Collaboration.
  10. Fluent in Written and Oral English.
