About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Demand Manager to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our Global Business Services team, you will play a critical role in coordinating the Digital People Solutions (DPS) Applications portfolio for Siemens Energy and its dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for Siemens Energy concerns and inquiries, ensuring that needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key decision-makers on the Siemens Energy HR side.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with DPS service managers, project managers, and other Siemens departments to facilitate Siemens Energy's needs fulfillment.
Services
  1. Service Reviews: Maintain quarterly service reviews with Siemens Energy for key services and coordinate the proposal of major service improvements relevant for Siemens Energy.
  2. Service Catalogue Management: Update the service catalogue of Siemens for Siemens Energy, considering the impact of initiatives from both sides with architectural impact.
  3. Ramp-Down Coordination: Align on ramp-down of existing services, including dependencies and cost implications.
  4. Service Documentation: Ensure up-to-date service documentation (service descriptions, dependencies, etc.).
Country Support
  1. Country Support: Provide support to Siemens Energy HR in a country that has been transformed into the HRCloud target application landscape (including Workday and a target outsourced payroll).
  2. Application Support: The Siemens Energy HR human resources organization or Siemens Energy shared services organization in the country can rely on the cross-country application support for any topic included in the service scope.
  3. Country Status: The applicability of the Country Cross-Application Support service is dependent on the status of the country (transformed, not transformed, partially transformed).
Projects
  1. Project Alignment: Regularly align with Siemens Energy on a 12-24 months roadmap of Siemens driven initiatives and projects with potential impact on Siemens Energy architecture.
  2. Project Information Integration: Integrate information from Siemens Energy regarding initiatives that require support from Siemens.
  3. Project Conflict Identification: Identify conflicts in the roadmap due to interdependencies or capacity constraints on Siemens side.
  4. Project Reporting: Establish quarterly reporting on project progress for Siemens driven initiatives.
Contractual and Financial Management
  1. Contractual Change Requests: Point of contact for Siemens Energy driven contractual change requests related to the Digital People Solutions portfolio of services and projects.
  2. Service Catalogue Updates: Update the Digital People Solutions service catalog in alignment with Siemens Energy (new services, services ramped down, etc.).
  3. Price Adjustments: Coordinate yearly price adjustments based on contractually agreed business volume indicators.
Requirements
  1. Education: University degree in engineering or business administration or other suitable education.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in demand management, portfolio coordination, or related roles, ideally in a multinational and complex organizational environment.
  3. Skills: Ability to uncover customer needs and desires, digitalization fundamentals, and customer focus. Experience in IT processes and tools. Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in contract management and financial analysis is preferred.
