About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Demand Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Digital People Solutions (DPS) Applications portfolio for Siemens Energy and its dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Collaborate: Work closely with DPS service managers, project managers, and other Siemens departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to Siemens Energy.
  • Service Management: Maintain quarterly service reviews with Siemens Energy, propose major service improvements, and update the service catalogue to reflect changes and initiatives.
  • Country Support: Provide support to Siemens Energy HR in countries that have been transformed into the HRCloud target application landscape, including Workday and outsourced payroll.
  • Project Management: Regularly align with Siemens Energy on a 12-24 months roadmap of Siemens-driven initiatives and projects, identify conflicts, and establish quarterly reporting on project progress.
  • Contractual and Financial Management: Serve as the point of contact for Siemens Energy-driven contractual change requests, update the Digital People Solutions service catalog, and coordinate yearly price adjustments.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in engineering, business administration, or other suitable education.
  • Experience: Proven experience in demand management, portfolio coordination, or related roles, ideally in a multinational and complex organizational environment.
  • Skills: Ability to dig out customer needs and desires, digitalization fundamentals, and customer focus; experience in IT processes and tools; strong project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in contract management and financial analysis.
