Job Summary:

Siemens S.A. is seeking a dedicated IT Service Manager to join our team. As an IT Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT compliance strategies to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promptly address customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless IT service management and customer support.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement strategies to boost the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing customers at the core of every action.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in HR and/or IT systems.
  • A solid grasp of IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and a familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that embraces change.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple demands and projects concurrently.
