Your Role in Our Vision: As a pivotal partner for the customs and export control division in Germany, you will oversee IT solutions, services, and platforms that drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Act as the IT Digitalization Specialist for customs and export control, managing service offerings, projects, and solutions while enhancing the existing portfolio. Elevate customs and export control processes through comprehensive digitalization, aiming for end-to-end optimization. Contribute to the SHERPA X initiative, focusing on process design and standardization, particularly within the SAP S/4HANA framework. Serve as a trusted liaison for governance departments in Germany and collaborate with global business entities. Utilize Your Expertise to Drive Change. Hold a degree in computer science or business administration. Possess extensive experience in IT project and service management, particularly within agile environments. Demonstrate a robust understanding of end-to-end customs and export control processes, especially with SAP GTS. Have knowledge in related fields such as logistics, supply chain management, and finance. Exhibit strong process and data flow expertise, with insights into relevant data models for customs and export control. Apply analytical skills to design effective solutions that align with current and future business needs. Showcase a solid background in requirements engineering and IT solution design, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Fluent English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous.
