Job Title: Senior IT Expert Customs and Export Control

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Expert Customs and Export Control to join our team at Siemens S.A. This is a unique opportunity to drive digitalization forward and make a significant impact on our customs and export control processes.

About the Role:

As a Senior IT Expert Customs and Export Control, you will be responsible for providing business-specific, mission-critical IT solutions, services, and platforms for customs and export control processes. You will work closely with our governance departments in Germany and business entities across the globe to design and implement end-to-end customs and export control processes using SAP GTS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the portfolio of IT services, projects, and solutions for customs and export control.
  • Design and implement end-to-end customs and export control processes using SAP GTS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization and process optimization.
  • Provide expert advice on IT solutions and services for customs and export control processes.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including governance departments and business entities.
Requirements:
  • University degree in computer science or business administration.
  • Long-standing IT project and service management expertise based on agile approaches.
  • Solid background and experience in end-to-end customs and export control processes with SAP GTS.
  • Excellent process and data flow knowledge, with understanding of underlying data models and data sources.
  • Strong digitalization background, including automation, AI, and data-driven solutions.
  • Fluent English skills, with German proficiency a plus.
