We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Demand Manager to coordinate the Global Business Services (GBS) Hire-to-retire (H2R) Digital People Solutions (DPS) Applications portfolio for Siemens Energy and its dependencies. The successful candidate will work closely with service managers and project managers to ensure the needs of Siemens Energy are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for Siemens Energy concerns and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key decision-makers on Siemens Energy's HR side.
- Coordinate and collaborate with DPS service managers and project managers to facilitate Siemens Energy's needs fulfillment.
- Maintain quarterly service reviews with Siemens Energy for key services and propose major service improvements where meaningful.
- Update the service catalogue of Siemens for Siemens Energy, considering the impact of initiatives from both sides with architectural implications.
- Align on ramp-down of existing services, including dependencies and cost implications.
- Ensure up-to-date service documentation, including service descriptions, dependencies, and other relevant information.
- Provide support to Siemens Energy HR in countries that have been transformed into the HRCloud target application landscape.
- Regularly align with Siemens Energy on a 12-24 months roadmap of Siemens-driven initiatives and projects with potential impact on Siemens Energy architecture.
- Integrate information from Siemens Energy regarding Siemens Energy initiatives that require support from Siemens.
- Identify conflicts in the roadmap due to interdependencies or capacity constraints on Siemens side.
- Establish a quarterly reporting on project progress for Siemens-driven initiatives.
- Point of contact for Siemens Energy-driven contractual change requests related to the Digital People Solutions portfolio of services and projects.
- Update the Digital People Solutions service catalog in alignment with Siemens Energy.
- Coordinate yearly price adjustments based on contractually agreed business volume indicators.
- University degree in engineering or business administration or other bachelor's degree or other suitable education.
- Proven experience in demand management, portfolio coordination, or related roles, ideally in a multinational and complex organizational environment.
- Ability to dig out customer needs and desire, digitalization fundamentals, and customer focus.
- Experience in IT processes and tools.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in contract management and financial analysis is preferred.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
