About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve quarterly sales quotas and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Customer Engagement: Educate customers on our cloud solutions and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to engage with C-level decision-makers.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database, managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Language Skills: Native level of Swedish and ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Experience: Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Cloud Computing: Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and possess strong business acumen.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Desirable Qualifications
  • IT Sales Experience: 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others and read situations well.
  • Cold Calling: Experience in cold calling and successfully managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts.
  • CRM Experience: Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to identify key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders in a business conversation.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious.
