We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Workplace Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Revolut People team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage meeting rooms and coordinate with vendors to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  2. Oversee the company's documentation, including mail, emails, and invoices.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries via email, Jira, Slack, and in-person.
  4. Collaborate with the Finance department on budgets for facilities and execute the Physical Security policies.
  5. Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, vendors, building management, and security.
Requirements
  1. 1+ years of relevant experience in facilities management or a related field.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  4. Team player skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative when needed.
  5. Keen attention to detail and flexibility to tackle a variety of duties and learn new skills.
