Vanderlande, a global leader in logistics automation, is seeking a skilled Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team. With over employees worldwide, we provide market-leading baggage handling systems and passenger solutions to over 600 airports. Our e-commerce and retail clients rely on us to dispatch billions of products daily.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing spare parts offers and following up on delivery of spare parts orders to customers.
- Creating spare parts package quotations based on criticality.
- Managing inventory and procurement for our consignments.
- Administering the JDEdwards system.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Technical or commercial studies.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).
- Aptitude for a technical environment and ability to maintain fluid contact with clients.
