Criteo is seeking a highly skilled and organized Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Barcelona office, including managing vendors and partners to ensure seamless services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Partner with other Workplace coordinators and managers in EMEA to maintain and develop relationships with Criteo teams, ensuring open communication and delivering company objectives.
- Event Planning: Assist with the organization of internal and external events, coordinating logistics such as security, building access, room setup, and catering.
- Facilities Management: Maintain accurate floor plans, allocate desk space to teams, and coordinate office moves while updating Mapiq.
- Customer Service: Be the WP face to internal customers in Barcelona, approachable for questions and comments from employees.
- Communication and Branding: Facilitate communication and WP's brand between Criteo offices.
- Onboarding and Training: Coordinate the integration of new employees into Criteo life, driving change management and cultural onboarding.
- Process Improvement: Monitor and ensure consistent work processes and high service levels across locations.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with coordinating facilities for new starters, ensure staff and visitors are informed and trained about health and safety standards, and support business partners across the company.
- Financial Management: Assist the Workplace Manager in managing Capex & Opex budgets as needed.
- Office Maintenance: Help execute office renovation plans as needed.
- Team Player: Act as a role model at all times and be proactive with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Proactive with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- High dedication to customer service and hospitality.
- Organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work flexibly under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety local compliance is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly articulated and polished.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
