About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled and organized Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Workplace Manager and other team members to oversee Workplace operations and maintain relationships with Criteo stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate events, logistics, and office moves, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Manage desk space allocation, office supplies, and inventory, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, providing guidance and support on health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Support business partners across the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with budget management, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including preparing shipments, purchasing office supplies, and booking meeting rooms.

Requirements:

  • Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of local health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and vendor management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
