Workplace Coordinator

About the Role:
Criteo is seeking a highly skilled and organized Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Workplace Manager and other team members to oversee Workplace operations and maintain relationships with Criteo stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate events, logistics, and office moves, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
- Manage desk space allocation, office supplies, and inventory, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, providing guidance and support on health and safety standards and company policies.
- Support business partners across the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Assist with budget management, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including preparing shipments, purchasing office supplies, and booking meeting rooms.
Requirements:
- Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of local health and safety regulations.
- Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and vendor management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
