Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Workplace Manager to oversee Workplace operations for our office
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and office moves
  • Manage desk space allocation and ensure accurate floor plans
  • Be the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Facilitate communication and brand consistency across locations
  • Assist with the coordination of facilities for new starters, including desk allocation and security cards
  • Monitor and ensure consistent work processes and high service levels across locations

Requirements

  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and high dedication to customer service and hospitality
  • Organizational and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work flexibly under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety local compliancy is a plus
