Office Experience Coordinator

As a Workplace Experience team, making people's lives at work easier and cozier is what we strive to do. We're looking for a skilled Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona and help us deliver world-class services to our employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Workplace operations for our Barcelona office, partnering with other Workplace coordinators & managers in EMEA, and maintaining and developing relationships with Criteo's stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Helping to oversee Workplace operations for our Barcelona office
- Partnering with other Workplace coordinators & managers in EMEA
- Maintaining and developing relationships with Criteo's stakeholders
- Assisting with organization of events (both internal & external)
- Coordinating all logistics details (security, building access, room setup, catering)
- Managing last minute changes and ensuring smooth execution on the ground for all teams involved
- Maintaining accurate floor plan and allocating desk space to teams
- Being the WP face to our internal customers in Barcelona
- Facilitating communication and WP's brand between the Criteo offices
- Coordinating integration of new employees into the Criteo life
- Helping drive the Change Management and cultural Onboarding
