About the Role

We are recruiting for a Senior Artwork Coordinator/Project Manager to join our Danone team in Barcelona. As a Global Brand Experience Coordinator, you will act as a representative of Matthews International ensuring a first-class service is consistently provided with professionalism, enthusiasm while in alignment with client culture.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Gather, manage, and coordinate new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.
  • Briefing & Approval Process: Collate accurate briefs and submit to production centre, collate amends and brief to production centre, co-ordinate and lead pre-artwork meetings with support of technical manager where appropriate.
  • Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and develop effective & positive working relationships across the client, and print supply chain becoming a trusted advisor and enabling first-class service.
Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, self-starter who can work independently/autonomously, appreciate cultural sensitivities, and has excellent organisational skills and logical approach.

A strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials so as to understand the limitations and/or restrictions faced by designers is essential. Attention to detail, experienced in using Microsoft Office, some experience/knowledge of Adobe products, and experience/knowledge of working with FMCG brands are also required.

The salary for this role is approximately €45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
